Founded as part of the Denbigh Care Group, Plas Eleri has grown to become a trusted home for those living with dementia and complex nursing needs. Fully qualified nursing team
Our registered nurses hold NMC registration and receive regular clinical supervision. All nursing staff are trained in dementia care and updated on best practice guidance from Social Care Wales and Health Education & Improvement Wales.
Continuous development
We invest in our team's growth with regular training programmes covering dementia care, safeguarding, manual handling, medication management, and specialist clinical skills. Every team member has a personal development plan.
